    Workshop intervention offers numerous advantages over on-site maintenance, thanks to the ability to perform advanced machining and in-depth inspections. The main activities we carry out include:

    • Sandblasting of the housing and side covers to remove impurities and prepare surfaces for subsequent processing.

    • Painting with anti-oil coating to ensure greater long-term protection.

    • Accurate disassembly of all components with wear condition analysis using non-destructive testing technologies (MT and PT).

    • Geometric inspection of each component with a 3D measuring machine to detect any dimensional defects.

    • Regeneration and modification of worn parts, thanks to the capability to manufacture new components from raw material.

    • No-load testing, performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, with monitoring of temperature, vibrations, lubricant pressure, flow rate, and noise measurement to certify the full functionality of the gearbox.

    • Final painting, standard or customized, adapted to the environmental operating conditions (marine environment).
